Windows 10: laptop freezing/slowing down really badly

hi all, my laptop has been freezing or slowing down so badly to the point where i HAVE to reboot it. every after 15 mins or so, the system would just freeze in the middle of doing work, in this case i was editing a file in drawboard pdf.i have tried dism, windows memory diagnostic, plain restarting but nothing worked. i am using windows 11,my laptop isa vivobook pro oled 15, k3500.anyone has any similar problems and have solutions?edit: it would not crash when i was watching some shows,

I have had my laptop for just over a year. But is has become so slow, its unbearable. It frequently buffers/freezes on pages or apps. and is very slow to load anything. I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions please.

I've tried getting in on my tablet with another account and it worked pretty well...

Also, would like to note that the laptop became a bit faster and doesn't freeze as often as it did before after the cleanses and scans i performed according to your instructions. But the black screen i talked about before is still there everytime the computer
starts the Windows and the whole system is still pretty slow.
