Windows 10: Laptop glitched and froze, now when i power up it just stays black screen without a thing

Im using a MSI GF63 THIN 10SCi was playing overwatch when it happend, didnt had the time to take a picture of what it looks like but i found a picture that looked similar to what happend onlinenow when i power on the laptop it just stays black screen, the keyboard lights turned on, the fan turned on just black screeni tried removing one of my hdd from it, it poped up a the msi logo and entering repair mode or something, then glitched again and i turned it offphoto is from https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/resolved-display-freezes-and-glitches-on-windows/8821e438-45c6-46f7-

Laptop Screen Stays Black after Sleep Mode

Hi Danielle,

Improper power plan settings or a possible fault on the display driver after the recent update can cause your screen to stay black when waking from sleep mode. As an initial step to prevent this from happening, we suggest that you restore the power plan
settings to default. To do this, follow these steps:

• Type Command Prompt in the search box. From the search result, right-click on
  Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
• Copy and paste or type in the command below:
  
  powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
• Press Enter and wait for the command to finish.
  
  Note: This option will delete all custom power plans and restore the built in power plan settings of your device.

In the event that you encounter the same issue after restoring the power plan settings, ensure that your device display driver is updated. You can follow the steps provided on this

link on how to update your drivers and check if the issue persists.

Every morning, Laptop running, screen stays black...

I ran a sleepstudy report. It's interesting, although doesn't tell me anything. I'm attaching in a zip if you want to take a look.

Then, there is when I hard reset it:





I haven't tried the non MS drivers suggestion yet. But I did turn hibernation back on.

There's a lot of reports available via that powercfg command. I may look at some more of them.

I ran a power energy report, attached. I'm not thinking it is of any consequence, as it is a snapshot of right now, not when the problem happens. Several warnings in it too. Quick view:





I also attached another interesting report: system sleep diagnostics, attached. The sleep diag report mentions requests by Conexant ISST Audio, even though I am not playing anything through audio. They are highlighted in orange, so makes me think that is warnings. I did a requests report, and that one indicated that the Conexant ISST Audio had an audio stream currently in use.

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
