While Plugged in its reaction time is very slow and if i remove charging then its normal why?

1-Put battery on the laptop and pulg in the charger. if it lags it means that the issue is from the charger.

2-Remove the battery and plug in the charger. if it lags without battery, be assuerd that the issue is from the charger.

3-Remove the battery and plug in the charger. if it doesnt lag without battery, is means that the issue is from the battery.
