Windows 10: Laptop model 15-dy2005tg not booting Done decryption of drive, has not worked

I got the error codes file: \windows\System 32\ drivers\volmgr.sys error code: 0xc0000221and also 0xc0000225.It was windows 11, I have a fresh windows 11 usb downloader that I can run through the BIOS Setup menu.I did add a new ram stick a week ago, but it worked fine until today when I pressed the power button to reset my laptop because the wifi wasn't working.Idk what to do now.I cannot run the bootrec /fixbootor a disk check because it doesn't show up when I run the command.

Bitlocker Decryption paused and does not resume.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to fix the issue.

1. Open the command prompt as admin.
   
2. Type in manage-bde –off <drive> and hit
   Enter.
   
   manage-bde –resume <drive>
   

manage-bde –on <drive>

Replace Drive by drive letter

1. Restart the computer and check the status of the issue
