Windows 10: Laptop monitor

Hi, I have an issue where my file explorer is like half clear when I open it, it doesn't only happen with file explorer, it also happens with the setting and other apps, it's really annoying, I've tried everything from deleting my graphics drivers and tweaking the display setting, there is this yellow taint on the top of my screen aswell, anybody know what to do or is my graphics card failing me?

Laptop suddenly stopped recognizing the external monitor

To assist you better, I would like to ask if the laptop is unable to recognize only the external monitor or other external devices also.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
