Windows 10: Laptop-printer problems

Using W-10 Pro; For some strange, unknown reason, suddenly I can no longer print seamlessly to my wireless HP printer. Using the HP troubleshooting, everything in my printer seems to be working fine. I have removed & reinstalled the print driver/software. When I try to print any document--DOC, XLS, PDF, JPG--it will print one page, & then the rest of the pages either come out as blanks, or with only lines. When I reboot the laptop, it will print page one, & then the rest of the pages.... I have not yet tried printing using a USB cable.


I tried downloading Acrobat 64-bit, thinking that may be the problem with my PDFs, but that software was unavailable at least I couldn't find it. I reset the wifi, & the printing then worked for one page, only, also.


Anyone have any ideas? I'm tearing my hair out!

• Do you get any error messages when using the devices?
• How do you uninstall and reinstall the printer?

Let's run the Printer Troubleshooter in Control Panel to collect more information about the problem. It may also fix the issue since Windows troubleshooters are designed to correct the issues they find on the system. Follow these steps to run the suggested
tool:

• Click on Start.
• Type Troubleshooting then press Enter.
• On the left panel, click on View all.
• Choose Printer and allow the troubleshooter to run.

connecting laptop to Office jet G55 printer

To help you with your concern regarding the printer, let me suggest you to contact the manufacturer for the steps on how to connect your printer to your computer. Please follow the steps on how to contact the manufacturer:

• The name of the OEM + “contact information”
• The name of the OEM + “PC support”

• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue?

I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the drivers for printer and check.

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Print queue.
  
• 
  Right-click on the printer driver
  that is listed and click Update driver software.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to run the printer troubleshooter from
“Fix printer problems”
and then check if this fixes the issue.
