Windows 10: Laptop problem

Hi, recently my laptop crashed for no reason , i was just browsing on the internet.Since my laptop crashed it doesn’t wanna boot, i cant do anything other than messing in the Aptio Setup Utility Menu , I’ve tried all the things to bypass APTIO and nothing works , my question is , is my HDD burned and do i need to change it , If i bypass with LEGACY all it does it keeps booting and asking to select a proper boot device . So thats why i was thinking it could be my HDD

Can’t acces the BIOS by any mean , theres nothing i can do other than looking at the beautiful Aptio screen.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
