    What I mean is - I haven't had an issue since reporting it. So my question is : Does windows do some auto repair stuff?

    How did the issue solve it self lol. Or am I in for some sort of a software meltdown Laptop random reboot after update to latest win edition :)

    I do know win10 DOES check hw and sw compatibility regularly.

    It is possible that an older driver was loaded and then as you say Windows does check and will update.
