Windows 10: Laptop Screen Black With Cursor

So as I was sitting around watching YouTube, I decided to switch to a different video and as I clicked into fullscreen the screen went black. I clicked and as I did this a popped up. I didn't have time to read it because as soon as it came up it was gone. I turned the computer off and on, but it was still black. So I went and read a few things and it said to blindly log in and change the Project settings because my computer thought there was a second screen. I logged in and tried Win+P and I can see the menu on the right side, but it's still set to PC screen only. I tried the other settings and the screen stays black. I read a few other things aswell that told me I had to do something in control panel. But I can't, because I can't see anything. Send help please.

Windows 10 It's taking longer than usual, but it should be ready screen?

Upgraded my Hp laptop to Windows 10 and the screen got stuck the title above and then said let get started then the screen goes black with the cursor still visible then nothing happens, no home screen just black screen with cursor issues.

Since my laptop get into blue screen, i reset my laptop. But after the reset process is done, my laptop get into black screen plus moveable cursor after windows logo. Because i ever had this problem so i now what to do. I disable the discrete vga, this method
work for me before. But this time it's not working, the black screen with cursor still exist.

I also cannot get into safe mode, because the same problem, black screen with moveable cursor.

I have tried to type my password, and i wait for respons in about 1 hour. But nothing happen.

Anyone know the solution of my problem?
