Windows 10: Laptop slowed down after audio driver reinstall,what can i do?

Hello,ive been struggling to fix this problem for 2 days.At first it was the audio being staticy and bassless but reinstalling audio driver fixed it.But then somehow my laptop has frequent moments where everything is low fps.Its not taking long to load in apps/games.Disabling the intel display adapter helped significantly with videos but not games. This is also right after a full reset of the pc and ram memory is mostly at 55% used.HP Pavillion gaming laptop audio driver: Realtek high definition audio2 display adapters: IntelR UHD Graphics 630 , nvidia Geforce GTX 1

• What is the complete error message of this issue?
• When are you facing this issue with the drivers?
• Have you installed all the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website for current operating system?

I suggest you to uninstall the existing Audio drivers, download the latest drivers for your device and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the Audio driver.

Steps:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Device Manager.
• Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on the driver and click on
  Uninstall.

Step 2: I suggest you to manually install the latest audio drivers and check.

Download the latest drivers from: Lenovo Support for g500

Select the driver and operating system to download.

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I would suggest you to reinstall your Audio drivers from the Manufacturer's website in Compatibility mode.

Follow the steps to uninstall and reinstall the driver.

• Press Windows key + R key. Type "devmgmt.msc" and click Enter.
• Expand the Sound, Video and game controllers.
• Double-click on the Sound card.
• In Properties, go to Drivers Tab and click on Uninstall.
• Reinstall your audio driver from Manufacturer's Website in Compatibility mode.
• Restart your system

Windows 10 Reinstall Flawed Realtek High Definition Audio Driver Automatically after Shut Down

Same issue , same type of audio crash possibly caused by a Windows update to 1607. Uninstalling the drivers in device manager doesn't help -it just reinstalls. The rollback option is greyed out and can't be selected. Reinstalling the audio driver from the
manufacturer does not help either (ASUS T100HA). Reinstalling Realtek audio drivers (latest Win 10) was a no go.

The suggested hide/show troubleshooter does not show any audio drivers in the listing so was no help in my instance.

Stumped. Any other suggestions?
