Windows 10: Laptop slowed down

I installed the last Windows update and the laptop has slowed down a lot - now I often get the 'not responding '' and there is a long delay between the moment I type on the keyboard and the moment it appears on the screen this happens especially with Facebook, but not exclusively


The last thing that just happened is that the character size in the search engine but not in the other apps has changed to very tiny... and I have not done anything odd!

my laptop has slow down,it takes almost 20sec to open app or any task.pls help
