Windows 10: Laptop stuck in restart loop after "Reset this PC" Process

Hi, I'm really hoping someone can help.I was clearing down a Lenovo Yoga 510 running Windows 10 for a colleague to use after I got a new laptop.I used the method of -- settings- update and security- recovery- reset this PCAnd followed the prompts through.Multiple times this failed, so I manually removed my personal files and 3rd party software and tried again. This time it got to 100% then restarted the device. Since then it's just been in a "restart loop". The Lenovo icon shows, with a spinning wheel below, then it flashes "restarting" below that and goes back through again and again endlessl

Resetting Asus windows laptop, it is now stuck in infinite restart

Hi,

I wanted to factory reset my laptop so followed the steps to reset if given on the page where I chose the option to remove all data. The reset process went fine but now when reinstalling the Windows 10, it got stuck after 3% and just keeps on restarting
the laptop.. it has been going on for over 2 hours now. I don’t know what to do.

EDIT: I just forced it close and started it again and now its stuck at 64% reinstallation.

It is still restarting on a loop. How long will this process take?
