Windows 10: Laptop technical issues

I want my laptop to be checked with all the configurations, drivers and Settings, if any thing is not working or missing.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to this issue?
• Are you getting any error messages when trying to launch Settings on your PC?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Technical issues.

I own a 2 months old Dell-Windows 10 laptop and since the beginning, I have been experiencing different issues. At the moment, when I play a video on YouTube the pc freeezes and I need to force the reboot, but If i play music it is ok.Yesterday, the technical
support suggested me to to delete all the temporary files and to run a clean boot, but afterwards, the pc froze again. Any other suggestions? The pc is still in warranty, should i replace it?
