Windows 10: (Laptop) Windows doesn't detect my HyperX Cloud Stinger microphone/headset.

I've tried troubleshooting it but nothing pops up. I expected something like Headset Microphone to appear but it's not appearing. My laptop is a Lenovo Legion Y530, and only one jack. My friends have also said that I sound far and quiet.

Microphone not detected (HyperX Cloud Stinger)

So from what it looks like, no one seems to have the same problem as me. I just got the HyperX Cloud stinger headset, but my laptop does not seem to pick up the microphone at all, the weird thing is, the sound in my headphones work just fine, it's just the
microphone that's not detected, and I've tried everything to find it.

I only have one jack in my laptop, for both mic and sound, so I can't use the splitter that came with the headset, but the headset should function fine without it, and it worked on my ps4 with the mic, just not on my laptop.

I have tried EVERYTHING, believe me. From going into sound showing disabled devices, (where no, it does not pop up) To trying to update my drivers (Nothing to update) And uninstalling, and installing it again.

I have no idea why it won't register the mic at all, and I don't know if it's because I need to use to splitter for it to work. It's just weird since the mic, and headphones work with just the one jack when connecting to my ps4.

This issue can be caused due to sound driver being missing, corrupted or outdated or some third-party software conflict. To get this sorted, we would like to know the following information:

• Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
• What is the make and model of your laptop?
  
• Which Windows version have you been using?
