    Hiii,So I just got a new laptop from Sight and Sound Technology, as part of my DSA assessment to support my Student Finance England application I'm a Mental Health Nursing student. I have a HP Envy X-360.I'm trying to sign in to my microsoft account via settings, but when I do it will accept my password on the first screen but then it asks for my password again but for my Microsoft password this time. These passwords are the same and I've even tried resetting my password through a browser, then trying again. Still nothing! Please help !!

    My Desktop (Win 10) won't accept password... says it is "incorrect"

    Trying to sign in on my Desktop (Win 10) - won't accept password... says it is "incorrect". So I reset it in my MS account using laptop (Win 8). Laptop now accepts new password, but desktop still does not. What to do? Please help.

    Windows not accepting password

    My computer is in safe mode and says my password is wrong, i've tried my pin and Microsoft password. won't accept either went to command prompt to type in message as suggested, ask for password to sign in there got message that password is incorrect there
    too tryed everything I know and can't fix problem, please help
