Windows 10: Laptop Wont Let Me Click On Anything

So for the past few months my computer will not let me click on anything. I'm starting to get frustrated because I use my laptop for my school work. I have to go into my files and do the restart that refreshes my task bar. That only works once then it doesn't help me until I restart my computer. I can not afford to take it somewhere to get it fixed. Please help! Can anyone help me!?

This is a frequent problem am sure as you have already seen from online searches.

Flea power is usually the culprit here, basically its residual power that remains on the computer even after thecomputer has been shutdown. You can drain the flea power with the steps the other answers have suggested.

• Disconnecting the battery and adapter
• Press the hardpress the power button for 30 seconds
• This should clear the flea power

a dell inspiron but the same applies for you hp. It has some detailed step by step instructions

• Before you clean install Windows 10 was it activated?
• As mentioned the laptop wont work on Battery, what issue are you facing in Windows?
