Windows 10: Laptop Won't Reset or Run Any Function

I recently purchased a used laptop. The previous user stated his wife had died and he did not have time to factory reset the pc. When I got the laptop Windows Home 10 was installed and functional. I was ready to have a good time and download Origin to play my favorite game. The first issue I encountered was an error code that a dll file was missing. I downloaded the missing dll file and installed it. After installing the dll file a new error occurred. The new error code was: 0xc000007b.


While trying to trouble shoot the new error code I found that the Windows now displayed that there is no Windows key found on the system at all. It says I have to pay $132 to buy a new copy of Windows 10 Home. I do not understand why when I got the PC it said everything was good to go and now suddenly I have to pay more money to activate my PC.


I have found a number of websites suggesting that I redownload or install windows 10. I do not have a Windows 10 CD disc. I do not have a flash drive to download Windows 10 onto to reinstall it. I have tried to download the Windows 10 content creator or manager something to that effect to install the Windows 10 again but it only goes about halfway through the process and says something went wrong. The same happens if I try to factory reset the PC. I have tried multiple fixes for my original issue of not being able to download origin and again have tried multiple issue fixes to now install Windows 10. Is there anyway to install Windows 10 again? Do I just need a fresh product key to reactive the laptop or is this unfixable?


Sidenote: I believe the previous user may have downloaded a pirated copy as he has now blocked me from contacting him further after I asked him about his Windows 10 edition. I was at least able to remove his Microsoft account from the PC and add my own account with admin privileges. Even with doing this step the above is still all true.

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist
