Windows 10: laptop won't stay connected to internet

My laptop won't stay connected to internet. I turn it on and connect, after a few minutes it disconnects and sometimes the option for Wi-Fi even disappears entirely, both from the tray in the corner and my settings until I restart it.Once I restart, it sometimes stays connected for longer but still the same thing. Yes, even other networks like my friend's home wifi or my own mobile HotspotAny help ?

my apps and browser cannot connect to internet and i tryed wifi and ethernet both but still it doesn`t work

but when i connect my phone to my laptop with the cable and turn on the hotspot

it connects to the internet

what should i do to fix it?

This behavior can be caused by a few reasons. Firstly, I suggest performing the procedure below.

(Disconnect your phone and stay connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.)

Reset the network settings as instructed below:

1. Open Start and select "Settings > Network & Internet > Status";

2. At the bottom of the page, click on "Network Reset";

3. Select "Reset Now", and at the confirmation screen, select "Yes";

Note: The PC will need to be restarted.

4. Now open Start and type cmd;

5. Right-click on "Command Prompt" in the result list and select "Run as administrator";

6. At the Command Prompt, type the following commands one at a time and press Enter:

netsh int ip reset

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

7. Restart your PC and see if the issue is resolved.
