Windows 10: Laptop won’t update with error 0x80073712

My laptop was trying to update to 1909 version but the update stopped with an error code 0x80073712. What’s happened?

Error code: (0x80073712)

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse
