Windows 10: large toolbar at top of screen above the https box

I have no idea how to pull up the "toolbar" if that is what it is called I have went to settings and cannot figure out how to get rid of this also the bottom tool bar is too fat but not as bad as the top toolbar it is effecting how I play my games and read my email etc.... The top is 2 inches tall and above the https search line

Also encountered this issue today. I think this is an unclever update, because the top toolbar occupies a large space, making the photo being viewed not big enough (therefore reducing working efficiency, i.e. productivity). For the reason I even
believe that there should be a option that the top toolbar can be hidden by default.

From the description, I suspect that it might be related to some third party application. Suggest you to check if you find any software under Programs and Features.

• Press Windows logo key + X, select Control Panel
  from the list.
• Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program.
• Locate the software that point to the toolbar then click
  Uninstall/Change.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to remove it completely.
• Reboot your computer once.

Now see if the problem still persist. If yes, then provide us the screenshot of the desktop screen showing the toolbar, so that we'll analyze the issue and guide you accordingly.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
