Windows 10: last 2 weeks games keep crashing after 10-60 minutes of playing

So these last 2 weeks Fortnite and Rainbow 6 siege keep crashing for no apparent reason after about 10 minutes to 1 hour of playing. It doesnt happen with a pattern or anything, some times it crashes after 5 minutes of playing and others after 1.5 hours its just so random and i dont know whats causing it. I tried rolling back drivers since fortnite pops up warning when launching that states that my current drivers has compatibility issues with D3DX12 and it crashes. They recommended 24.8.1 which i tried but still no luck, i went all the way back to 24.5.1 with ddu reinstallations, none worked.

i am having a problem playing games ,every time i entered a game it crashes after 5 minutes ,i played with minecrafft and gta v and it crash

 

Crashes in games in 15-60 minutes

I tried the suggested hardware troubleshoot, but it suggested I enable drivers auto update, which I had disabled before after a full update a few weeks ago. Enabled it again, restarted pc, had a crash a bit later still.

 

Civilization V crashes after a few minutes of playing

Step 1. Lose any overclocks and try playing again.
Step 2. Re-install the game and try playing again.
Step 3. Test your memory

I dont think it's gpu related as that game doesn't stress a gpu (A bum gpu would more then likely give a better indication that it's the problem), so I'm guessing a bad OC or bad memory.
