Windows 10: Lately I have been getting blue screens of death. Should I reformat?

I haven't gotten a BSOD for years. On early 2020 I got a death screen and spent an entire day with the boot manager to fix my PC. Today I have gotten a bunch of BSOD in a row (critical process failed). When I tried to save my PC, I kept getting boot manager problems like not being able to find my windows install.

For some magical reason my PC now works, but I am worried. Is reformatting the right solution? Will "starting fresh" the booting problems that happen every now and then?
