Windows 10: Latest Update Can't Install On Startup

I turned on my laptop to find an update installing. This update got stuck at 36%. I waited a couple oh hours and no luck, so I did what Windows always says not to do: turn it off. I tried installing the update again; stuck at 36%. The next time, it tried to undo the changes. It got stuck. I can't get to the desktop because the computer essentially can't get to it, and I've tried to access the BIOS to try safe mode, but no luck. Are there any solutions that work?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
