    Hi, can anyone help with my issue of not being able to access my MYOB client files now that my pc has received the latest windows 10 update,

    I have tried doing what majorgreeks.com have suggested to override the problems but haven't had any success with that, I need to access my files in order to complete important work due to be finished. The MYOB community have said it isn't a problem on their end it is a microsoft update problem.

    Has anyone else had this issue and been able to get it resolved?

    Trying to help someone sort out a problem with their MYOB setup, figured someone here would be able to help.


    Short version: They just upgraded from antique PC's running win98 and win NT to modern win 7 systems, and from an antique MYOB to the latest version (whatever that may be)

    The problem is that some of their files (they called them 'customer' files, programs and all sorts of things - i beleive they mean just regular MYOB files) used to be accesible by multiple users at the same time, and now its a one-at a time only setup.


    Apparently SOME of the files they upgraded work fine (3 people can be accessing the same file at the same time with no problems), and some cannot.

    Does anyone know where to start in tracking this down, and allowing them to access the one file through multiple systems?

    • Is this issue specific to MYOB program?
    • Are you trying to access those files through MYOB program?
    • If yes, how about accessing those files manually from the source location?
    • Are you concerned about accessing those External drives?

    • What is the exact issue that you are facing with printing?
    • Also, what exactly do you mean by: personalised form for invoice?

    I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

    Steps:

    • Connect to the internet.
    • Press Windows key and type updates.
    • Click on Check for updates.
    • Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
    • Try to install the updates being soon.
    Also, visit the computer manufacturer website and install the drivers being found and check if it helps.
