Windows 10: Latest Windows 10 updates~January 15, 2020

Are there other users having problems with everything running much slower and some pages not opening at all? Even my homepage 'msn' won't open. I have run troubleshoot on my internet and wifi and everything shows ok. Please help with a fix.

• Starting in May 2019, Internet Explorer 11 is available on Windows Server 2012. This configuration is present only in the IE Cumulative package.

• For information regarding enabling Windows 10, version 1909 features, please see Windows 10, version 1909 delivery options. Note that Windows 10, versions 1903 and 1909 share a common core operating system with an identical set of system files. They will also share the same security update KBs.
• Windows 10 updates are cumulative. The monthly security release includes all security fixes for vulnerabilities that affect Windows 10, in addition to non-security updates. The updates are available via the Microsoft Update Catalog.

Windows 8 and updates after January 14, 2020

Can I upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8 instead of Windows 10? And if so, will I still be able to get Windows updates and technical support for Windows 8 after January 14, 2020?
