Windows 10: latest windows 11 update KB 5013943 code 0x8007000d

Hello.Today i tried 3 times to install via windows the latest update.Failed.The message says that some files missing or they have problems.And appears the messgae to retry.What can i do?I have the latest build of windows 11x64

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
