Windows 10: Latest Windows Security update blocking net connection

The latest security update has resulted in a very frustrating error.


While the internet is connected any time I try to load a website or a video game using the internet I have to reload 2-6 times before the connection succeeds.


If it's a website it will spend a minute trying to connect before returning with Server Not Found, I have to refresh a few times and it will connect eventually. Websites visited frequently have become able to load faster.


With a video game I get various connection errors and have to run the app as an Administrator just to be sure and eventually after multiple failures it will connect.


I have checked the firewalls and permissions, firefox is being allowed through. I have tried to roll back the update but after doing so the update still shows on the list with the date changed to that day.


While this is not the worst of the problems I have seen people hove with this update it is highly annoying and unacceptable this this update was put out with multiple errors

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
