Windows 10: Latest Windows Update breaks security and functionality of Windows.

After recently installing the latest Windows Update I noticed that several normally hidden folders and files were no longer hidden even though "hidden files" option is not selected. Several taskbar options no longer function as normal like Network icon, sound, Cortana, and search. But worst of all, A large portion of my personal data , for example, All tax history, Online Game accounts, Crypto accounts, virtual drives, and remote accessible device information, have all been copied to my Public Documents folder and exposed under the Public User Account. This is Bad Microsoft, Very Bad. (Also why I use another operating system on most of my computers. I will research this on Social Media and Tech News sites to see how far and wide this issue is, but until then I have disabled updates on all my other Windows Computers and devices.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
