Hello, I am trying to upgrade bios to A09 on my Dell Latitude E6410 ATG under windows 10, i've downloaded driver launched it, but nothing happen.

Dell latitude e6410 is a ssd worth it


I am wondering if it would be worth replacing the 7200 250gb hd in my dell latitude e6410 laptop with a ssd drive. micro center in Chicago has some ssd drives on sale for nice prices now and wondering if it will make a difference in performance seeing as this laptop has the i5 2.67 processor and 4 gb of ram already.

 

Lost Laptop Screen after Windows 10 Anniversary Updates to Dell Latitude E6410

The Windows 10 Anniversary Update did a job on my Dell Latitude E6410. It installed and when I undocked the laptop and tried to use it as a laptop - the screen went blank. It would initially start up but once it got to the windows login the screen would
go blank.

I have fixed this problem by installing an older video driver - rather my repair shop did it once, then Windows updated again and I lost the display again but I found the "Download" that the repair shop had installed and I just ran it again.

Note - to make the install you need to plug the laptop into an external monitor ( one that works with Windows 10) so you can see your command entries.

It is an older version but it seems to be working on my Latitude E6410 after the Anniversary Update.
