Windows 10: Lattency problems

So basicly i power my laptop play some games for about half an hour to one max and then suddenly my lattency increases.as a resault navigation in windows becomes noticeably slower and games behave different too.for example on one game i usually get around 1.4-1.7 m/s lattency and when the problem occures it spikes to 5.4 making it almost unplayable.also my laptop screen has an option on nvidia controll panel to switch from 60hz to 120hz and i always have it on 120 when the problem happened i also tried to change from 120hz to 60hz and as soon as i clicked my screen started flashing black and white and thats when i got really scared it creates problem to the whole iterface and thats why im thinking it has to do with windows i have searched everywhere im not sure if this is the correct thread and im sorry if it isnt its just very frustrating at the end the only solution is to restart my laptop until an hour later that it will happen again. Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
