    Good Morning,

    It is possible to open windows application read as "graphical application" launching them via a ssh connection from another Computer?


    My company needs to open automatically different programs in many different computer. For this reason, we would like to use ssh for running the application.


    In Windows 10, using the new feature OpenSSH Server, seems impossible because "as a service" cannot run any graphical application.


    We reached our goal using FreeSshd Server, but is a freeware and we would use the one original from Windows to achieve this goal.

    It is possible? And if not, why a freeware can do ?


    Somebody can help me?

    SSH client/server? VPN? RDP?


    An icon for SSH? Have you used open ssh before?



    OpenSSH is a command line tool.. you can use the SSH client by running it in an x terminal:



    ssh -l username remotehost



    will log into a system called remotehost using the username "username"



    It doesn't have an icon and can't be launched / used in that way...

    There is a possibility that the application you're trying to download is not compatible with the hardware that you have. We suggest that you check the system requirements of the chat application, then see if your device is capable of running the it.

    To check the Graphics card information on your device, follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R.
    • On the Run box, type msinfo32 then hit Enter key.
    • On the System Information window, click on Components → Display.

    Lanciare applicazioni grafiche via ssh

    Buongiorno a tutti

    Nella mia azienda abbiamo necessit di lanciare dei programmi Labview (e in generale programmi grafici, via scripting lanciato con ssh.

    Non riusciamo ad ottenere la cosa utilizzando OpenSSH Server di Windows 10, perché non riesce a lanciare alcuna applicazione grafica.

    Siamo riusciti a raggiungere l'obbiettivo utilizzando un SSH Server Freeware di nome FreeSshd. Preferiremmo poter fare la stessa cosa utilizzando il server fornito con Windows10

    Qualcuno sa come fare?
