Windows 10: LCU KB4494441 (OS Build 17763.503) will not install. Not standalone, not regular update.

LCU KB4494441 (OS Build 17763.503) will not install. Not standalone, not regular update. I have a brand new windows 10 install. I want to un-install (SSU) (KB4499728), re-install, and try to re-install kb4494441. No information on how to un-install (SSU) (KB4499728). Win 10 will not let me do this with the settings "update uninstall".

Any ideas on how to get this LCU to install?

Another question in this regard. It states that you have to install the SSU before the LCU, but does the LCU include this SSU, and for the next months will this SSU be valid to install before the next LCU because I have missed it in March or April?

 

Why my windows 10 is not updating the OS Build Version from 17134.345 to version 17763?

I do check update and install the updates since two days. But it is not updating OS build version 17763. and updating the other features like microsoft powerpoint,excel,etc..

All your suggested stepswere already executed by me. Windows problemshooter f.e is saying there are problems that he cannot solve. Deleting the windows softwaredistribution folder and make a new download of the updates brings also not the solution.

The specific update is in the list of installed updates BUT without a date, as all the other updates in that list do have. Windows update tries again and again to download and install the same update and fails also evertime. Using the standalone version
for this update is also reporting that this update is already installed.
