Windows 10: Legal license Windows 11

I want to buy a windows 11 license, I have searched in some places but they do not sell it physically such as USB and activation code sticker, I did an update for the PC, for this reason I want to have the system legally, I would like to know if those sites where they sell licenses for example mydigitallicenses.com are legal and there are no problems with microsoft.***Moved from Spanish Forum***

No, that's not legal. When you accepted the license terms during install, you agreed to use it with a genuine license.

Authorized Software and Activation. You are authorized to use this software only if you are properly licensed and the software has been properly activated with a genuine product key or by other authorized method.
