Windows 10: Legal Permission to Use pre-installed Microsoft Fonts in Windows 10 for Commercial Purpose...

I have Photoscape X free version. It doesn't provide any font but it shows the pre installed microsoft fonts with windows 10. Can I use those fonts to create logo and images with text and include those to my videos that maybe monetized in social media platforms like youtube and facebook? I will not be using microsoft office applications.


Some images to be created may come in forms like cutouts that is like subtitles with little background and maybe incorporated to my videos like subtitles.


These are the fonts that I am planning to use:

The copyright and vendor is from Microsoft Corporation and Agfa Monotype Corporation


In addition to that, I saw a font "Bauhaus 93"

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/font-list/bauhaus-93 included in the pre-installed fonts but the copyright and vendor is from URW Type Foundry. Can I legally use that for commercial purpose or do I need to contact the vendor for clarifications?

Is there any Microsoft agent or moderator that can answer to my question?

Are we allowed to write, print and SELL online a printed paperback book using the fonts pre installed in windows 10, without having office or word license? Are we allowed to use them in commercial purpose in book paperback printed sales?

There is not EULA inside fonts folder to find out our rights and obbligations
