Windows 10: Lenovo freeze on Preparing Automatic Repair

Hi all,


I updated the Bios on my Lenovo 530s. It restarted as part of the update, but then froze on a screen saying Prepare Automatic Repair.





I am unable to get to the Safe Run Mode.


I have tried to reset by forcing shutdown 3 times, and ive stuck a pin in the reset hole. Nothing works.


The stope code is an Inaccessible Boot Drive


Any advice will be helpful

Freezing at Preparing Automatic Repair

Îm having the exact same problem as Katie. I open my computer, the Acer logo appears, then the windows logo appears with "preparing automatic repair" written under, and it just freezes at this point. The f buttons don't work and the solutions mentioned
above don't work either.
