    Amd ryzen 5 4600h

    gtx 1650ti

    16gb ram

    windows 10

    Ive tried ddu and reinstalling both the amd integrated graphics and nvidia graphics, but im still getting bsod.

    No suggestions but want to say nice laptop. They also seem to be popular being they're currently unavailable

    That said my only suggestion would be to take time to learn the laptop yourself.

    While playing any video in laptop, suddenly this blue screen error appears. After restarting, audio is not working for which another reboot required.

    Any idea about this
