    My system has been malfunctioning. So many issues like Microsoft word typing abnormally, freezing and hanging, restarting after shutting down, video player suddenly become mute and slows the speech, search key and keyboard abnormality, sleep/hibernating always whenever it is switched on and other problems i cant really explain. It is practically impossible to do anything on it. I am not a tech person. Please i really need help and I will really appreciate any assistance I can get here to make this computer normal.

    I can only suggest you try the Lenovo audio driver, assuming your Windows 10 is 64bit then this is the link.
