Windows 10: Lenovo T5-28IMB05 keeps freezing randomly

Hello ,I have a new lenovo PC T5-28IMB05 randomly it will freeze and the audio disappears, and I have to hard restart in order to fix it. Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
