Windows 10: Lenovo - Win 10 - Low disk space, help??

Hi guys,



I am not sure if this is the best place to post this but here goes (please redirect if needed). So i have a lenovo win 10 notebook and i have just recently been getting low disk warnings from Windows which i understand with it being a notebook.

I have noticed that google chrome will constantly close by itself or i will be greeted with a error page on Googlechrome stating it does not have enough memory to display the page. Recently i have started using a browser based User Interface designing program, Figma (through a googlechrome browser) and most likely due to the ongoing low disk issue, the page ether crashes or turns either grey or black.

So i understand that there are ways to increase the space and i was thinking of getting this;

However, as the program i will be using will be based off a chrome browser, will a portable hard drive make much of a difference? I am thinking that in regards to the issue with google chrome closing randomly and not being able to stay open as i use Figma is because of a RAM issue, so how will a portable storage hard drive work in this sense? Or are these hard drives purely for saving files unto and will i need to buy a new notebook/laptop?



Sorry, if i may have used some technical terms incorrectly, i am a newb when it comes to tech haha.

low disk space error

I got lost after "Policies".I couldn't find Explorer.There's no low disk space checks.When I back click,there's no Advanced .I have an HP19 desktop with Windows 10 installed.Drive
D is the recovery drive.

I have a HP19 desktop.I keep getting an error that says low disk space on the recovery d drive.How do you fix this?How do you free up space or prevent the message from showing up ?This is what I did and I got lost:

Here are a few obvious options:

1. Delete unneeded things.
2. Increase your partition size.
3. Replace the disk with a larger one.
