Windows 10: licenza windows 10

ho dovuto riportare alla configurazione iniziale un tablet windows 10 ed è stata installata la versione 511 che credo non potrò più aggiornare ma il sistema mi chiede di attivare windows nonostante in fase di installazione io abbia inserito il mio utente windows e OneDrive sia ok e aggiornato, non dovrebbe trovare su OneDrive il codice del tablet avendolo salvato su OneDrive ?

In caso contrario come posso procedere ?
