Windows 10: Lifecam Driver for Win 10

Hi, I have lifecam for reception PC where in windows 10 is installed.It was working earlier properly but suddenly it stopped and giving black screen only. Tried reinstalling drivers and resetting browsers.This didnt help. However, on MS site I could see drivers for windows 7 and not for 10. In one of my other PC win 7 is installed where this setup is working fine. Please suggest for windows 10.

Lifecam Cinema not working in Windows 10

• What is the make and model of your LifeCam device?
• Since when are you facing this issue?
• Did you make any changes to LifeCam prior to this issue?
• What exactly is the issue you are facing with LifeCam?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

• Press Windows Key + X key, Click on Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: update drivers.



I suggest you to update your LifeCam drivers and check. Before you update the drivers, please enable the computer to get automatic updates,

Note: The above links applies to Windows 10 as well.



You may also download the latest LifeCam and all other drivers from the manufacturer’s website and install it on your computer.

Win 10 & MS LifeCam HD 3000


I am running Win 10
My MS LifeCam is guaranteed to work with MS Skype

It DOES NOT!

When I downloaded the software it starts to install stops & Gives this error;
"installation ran into a problem" PERIOD

Uninstalled the software, retried, same thing.

It list all the Win versions EXCEPT Win 10! Is that the reason?

 

MS Lifecam HD-6000 Webcam Install Failure


After Win 10 upgrade from Win 7 Ultimate, my HD-6000 stopped working. In Device Manager the driver shows OK.
Uninstalled everything. Downloaded driver and Lifecam application. Driver installs Ok. The software hangs half way thru with message "Unexpected Error...".
Any suggestions.
