Windows 10: LifeChat LX-6000 Compatibility

Hello,


Our company recently rolled out Fuze as our communication platform and provided end users with the LX-6000 headset. During testing of my setup, I found that the in-line call button will not answer, initiate, or terminate calls through Fuze. The button seems to only initiate calls via skype, which is not a service we have. Can the in-line controls on the LX-6000 be setup to work via Fuze?

There are no drivers to this headphones Paul. They where working fine but suddenly they are no longer recognized by OS, it used to show in devices list the full name "microsoft lx-6000" but now it is only USB Audio. It does not work. Headphones from Microsoft
just don't work on Microsoft OS, spendid

The Lifechat LX 6000 has no present drivers for windows 10. Keeping that in mind, please follow the below methods to troubleshoot your issue:

Method 1:

Even though Lifechat LX 6000 don't have driver for Windows 10, installing the driver in compatibility mode might help .

1. Right click the driver set up.

2. In the compatibility tab, go to compatibility mode, tick the Run the program in compatibility mode for: select the windows operating system you want the driver to run in.

Where can I buy replacement ear pads for the Lifechat lx-6000? Are there pads for other headsets that are compatible?

See many sources for replacement pads for the lx-3000, but none for the lx-6000
