Windows 10: Limit email download size

How to limit download size in Windows Mail. For instance to set Windows Mail to download mails with attachments up to 100 Kb?

Email conversation size limit?

Hi all,

Is there a conversation size limit? I have a long email trail of 50 odd emails (Hotmail/Live), and the past 5 or so can't be downloaded. All that's displayed is "no preview", and the emails won't download. If I scroll back down the list, earlier emails have
previews and can be read in full.

Any tips/advice would be much appreciated - thanks!

Video size email limits

Can someone tell me what the limit is on sending a video as an email attachment? Are there different limits depending if you are on cell service only vs. a wireless network? Are there different limitations depending if 720p or 1080p is selected?

Also, what are the video resolutions for the 720p and 1080p video size selections?

Email conversation size limit?

Individual emails or those in smaller threads/conversations can be viewed without a problem (which leads me to believe it's a size/capacity issue on phones as it's fully visible on a PC). Yes the thread's really that size... technically (theoretically)
the emails could've been broken down into smaller chunks over time except it took on a life of its own. Hitting this 'limit' is probably enough to start over!
