Windows 10: limited hz

hello, I have recently got this new monitor (HP). new. I got this monitor for gaming but windows is only letting me go to 60hz. now this monitor is 144hz. is there anyway that anyone reading this knows how to fix it.

Windows locks hz to all monitors if animations

Upon further checking on your concern, this is a design limitation as Windows tries to sync both monitors. It treats both monitors as 1, thus it drops the FPS on the 144 HZ monitor.

change my internet speed from 2.5 Hz to 5 Hz.

My Spectrum technician gave me an ID for 2.5 Hz and an extension for 5Hz. Using Windows 10 I attempted to use the ID with the extension to increase my internet speed. I cannot get windows 10 to respond to this attempt. Can anyone give me a step by step
instruction?
