Windows 10: Limited Internet - Others can connect - IPConfig/Release doesn't work

Thread title shows off most of my problems, whatever I do, I cannot use the internet, and it shows it off with a good old "Limited Connection" or "Limited Internet".
While troubleshooting in CMD Prompt, "ipconfig/release" responds with "error occurred while releasing interface Wireless Network Connection: The RPC server is unavailable."

You can skip simple things like "Open command prompt by searching...", on 10 just WINKey + X and then C or A to open it up, surprised most people are oblivious to this kind of thing.

Drivers are updated.

This all started whenever I found my desktop on with a blue screen, telling me about something needing repairs, because I know one of the buttons said "Repair" and the other was grey in color, perhaps "Cancel" or "Shutdown".
I just woke up and didn't know what I was doing really.
I found that my mouse needed to be unplugged and plugged back in to work correctly.

Please help me, I've been working on this all day, and others are perfectly fine, it my computer only that is having problems.
Please post your answers in bulk of what I can try to do, and what I should be telling you guys.

Windows 10 Wifi Limited Connection

I have a problem. When i connect to my wifi, it appears to be limited access or no internet connection. And when i browsing on my chrome it said "dns probe no internet connection".

But when i connect it within my phone, it can connect through internet.

i've tried this command in cmd

ipconfig /all

ipconfig /release

netsh int ip reset

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /renew

Please help me

 

Cannot sign into Microsoft Account, cannot update, cannot view windows store, other browsers not working.

UPDATE

Ran CMD as an administrator and used these commands:

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

NETSH winsock reset catalog

NETSH int ipv4 reset reset.log

NETSH int ipv6 reset reset.log

I powered off and powered back on after the processes finished.I can now sign in with my Microsoft Account, access the Store, and updates are in the process of being downloaded for Windows.

Other applications functionality is limited (Mozilla, Spybot, Steam) are still not connecting to the internet to update. Will see how they fare after Windows performs its own updates.

Ipconfig /all
Post results open ADMIN CMD prompt type SFC /scannow
Does it work if you use a cable? Are you sure you entered the right password the error is often wrong password

For the love of god it has been two hours, can you help me? I've been trying my best all day and I'm afraid you no longer care to help me.

Your problem is

Already was set as that, however I just noticed something about activating Windows 10, I'll get that fixed and see if that was the problem.

 

What I tried never worked, I'm thinking of just completely resetting my drives and buying the OS, not use your free offer for Windows 10 as a lot of other people did.
I hope whenever I get back (staying at someone else's house right now) Ethernet will work fine.
