  1. Link third party hardware to windows app

Hi,I use the snipping tool a lot for work.I just purchased the Logitech MX Keys keyboard, like it, no problem there. It allows me to remap some of the buttons. One of them is by default mapped to "screen capture", which I personally wouldn't use, I'd rather use the snipping tool as it's got more usage.I go through it's menu and under "launch application" it asks me to select an executable file. If I was using Windows 10 I'd right click, open location on the snipping tool to find out where it's stored, but I don't seem to have that options on Windows 11.I went and foundC:\Users\*username*\AppDat

    :)

    Good LAN party games?

Most of my suggestions have already been listed.

However, I found Swat4 to actually be a pretty fun LAN game, especially at smaller LAN parties.

  3. Apple Claims Steam Link App Violates App Store Guidelines

Here's what Valve is contending with:
App Store Review Guidelines - Apple Developer

The ones that stand out that may have caught Steam Link:
So yeah, there's a lot of reasons why Steam Link would get rejected.

App submissions and approvals is a thing between developer and Apple. Valve intentionally let this information leak probably because Apple's restrictive guidlines will never allow Steam Link to be on the store. Valve is hoping the Steam user base makes a lot of noise so Apple grants Valve and exemption. I doubt it will work. Apple loves control and Steam Link is a portal into the Linux/Windows ecosystem. Even if Steam Link were exclusive to Mac OS, Apple would likely demand Valve use Mac OS's remote desktop features rather than Steam Link.

I'd be shocked if Apple allows it.

Windows Mail and 3rd party messages

    Hi,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Please assist me with the following information related to this issue:

    • May I know what exactly do you mean when you say "download messages from 3rd party into Windows Mail"?
    • Are you referring to Mail app on Windows 10? If so, are you able to receive any send email via Mail app?

If you are facing issues with Mail app, I suggest
run the in-built Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X..

    • Click on Control Panel.

    • Select Troubleshooting.

    • On the left pane, click on View All.

    • Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
Let us know if the issue is resolved or if you require further assistance.
