Windows 10: Link to windows android

After last update i have wierd floating icon on my android phone Samsung.No mater how i try i cant delete it.Can someone help me with that

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Shawn, Thx for taking the time to reply. However I think it's far more complicated than that. I have a Windows phone too and that shows in my account and could be deleted in the manner suggested but Android phones do not as far as I know show up in your
list of devices in your account. They can only be viewed in the new after Creators Fall Update "Phones" which is accessed from the main Settings menu, note Windows phones do not show here. Clicking on the device whether left or right has no effect the only
option is to unlink the device. That's the point of my question, if I unlink a device and add a new device both the old and new devices appear in the list of linked phones.
