Windows 10: Links inside Windows 10 Notifications stopped working

I've allowed some websites (e.g. Dansdeals.com) to send Notifications to my Windows 10 laptop. The notifications come in and I can see them listed with the Subject Line when I click on the Notifications Icon. All well and good, however these notifications contain a Link to a page on their website associated with the Subject Line.


Clicking on the Notification used to bring up my browser directly to that specific web page. This functionality has recently stopped working, i.e., clicking on the Notification now Does Nothing except make the Notification go away. I don't know of anything that has changed to cause this problem. My browser is turned on in the "Get notifications from these senders" list under Settings/Notifications & actions. I have also confirmed that my browser IS allowed to pass through my Firewall.


What is causing this problem?

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
