Windows 10: Links Toolbar in notification area popup lags

Windows 10.
So I created a Links toolbar in my notification area in which I then created several folders catagorized for my shortcuts collection. Once I got this all setup, I realized how long it takes for the folders to popup, 3 seconds average. I also realized, just having to shortcuts causes the same lag just not as often. Any ideas??? Subfolders also lag.

Auto hide Task bar

The toolbars added don't influence it. Only applications icons that are either in the main taskbar area, or the notification tray area. If one of them has an attention to give you, such as you have a new email or message, or other notification is waiting,
then the taskbar will not disappear until you click or point at that icon. Doing so clears the alert and lets the taskbar hide again. While you were moving toolbars, you must have pointed at (hover) or clicked on the icon and dismissed the one that was preventing
hiding.

 

Bluetooth Disconnected in the Sound Playback Devices on windows 10

I never received any answers that helped.

I did find, however, that if I turn off the Bluetooth in Notifications (bottom right on toolbar), turn it back on, and immediately go to "Connect" (still in the Notifications popup) I can get it to work. I have to do this every time I turn the headphones
on.
