Windows 10: Linux to Windows 10 (Lenovo) Help Request :(

Hello,

I have Lenovo ThinkCentre M900 i7 USFF and turned it into a linux to distro-hop to see what's all about. I honestly haven't been using it much after that because I can't run a few of my softwares.

I'm trying to get back to Windows 10 (I have the key saved) but I had to tweak BIOS for certain distros to work and I'm not sure what exactly I changed.

Is there a way to factory reset easily where I can simply submit my Windows 10 key?

The desktop doesn't look like it has any button or anything to reset from outside.

Any advice will be so appreciated!

Switch to Linux ??

Find a suitable Linux forum and request comments from people who converted from Linux to Windows, in particular on

• Stability
• Ease of use
• Availability of external help in case of trouble
• Availability of applications, games
• Data exchange with the Windows world

 

a request for device descriptor request failed

my bios is and custom unlocked bios (latest version) (thanks to Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source ) because of lenovo hardware whitlist maybe thats causing the problem???

 

Help removing Linux Mint and installing Windows 10

Just do a clean install of Windows 10. In one of the early steps you'll be given an opportunity to format the drive that has Linux.

Before you begin, I suggest checking to see if your hardware is supported on Windows 10.
